Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders claim Isilon Systems made false statements in the registration statement and prospectus for its IPO. Also sued in Seattle Federal Court are William Ruckelshaus, Steven Goldman, Sujal Patel, Stuart Fuhlendorf, Elliott Jurgensen Jr., Barry Fidelman, Gregory McAdoo, Matthew McIlwain, James Richardson, Morgan Stanley & Co., Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, Needham & Co., and RBC Capital Markets.

Shareholders claim UBS AG and directors inflated share price through false and misleading reports. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are Peter Wuffli, Clive Standish and David Martin.

Shareholders accuse Navistar International Corp. of defrauding them by issuing inaccurate financial statements from 2002-2005 that had to be restated, causing the share price to drop by one-third. Also sued in Chicago Federal Court are Deloitte & Touche LLC, Daniel Ustian, Robert Lannert, and Mark Schwetschenau.

Shareholders accuse Genesco and its officers of lying about the company's finances and merger plans, causing share price to drop. Also sued in Columbia, Tenn., Federal Court are Hal Pennington, Robert Dennis and James Gulmi.
