Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders accuse Giant Interactive Group of inflating share price through false and misleading statements in its IPO this November. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are Merrill Lynch and UBS Investment Bank.

Shareholders accuse Huntington Bancshares of inflating share price through false and misleading statements. Also sued in Columbus, Ohio, Federal Court are Thomas Hoaglin, Marty Adams and Donald Kimble.

Shareholders accuse Washington Mutual of inflating share price through false and misleading statements from April 18, 2006 through Dec. 10, 2007. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are Kerry Killinger, Stephen Rotella and Thomas Casey.
