Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders claim directors of Zumiez - a skateboarding and snowboarding supplier - inflated share price through false and misleading statements while dumping $23 million of their own shares at jacked-up prices.

Also sued in Snohomish County Court, Wash., are Richard Brooks, Thomas Campion, Lynn Kilbourne, Ford Wright, Trevor Lang, William Barnum Jr., David Demattei, Matthew Hyde, Gerald Ryles, James Weber, and Brenda Morris.
