Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders claim Navistar International overstated revenue by $1.1 billion from 2002-2005, causing share price to drop by one-third when the truth came out. Also sued in Chicago Federal Court are Deloitte & Touche, Daniel Ustian, Robert Lannert, and Mark Schwetschenau.
