Shareholders accuse Security Capital Assurance of inflating its share price through false and misleading statements. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are Paul Giordano, David Shea, XL Insurance Ltd., Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, Goldman Sachs & Co., and JP Morgan Securities.
