Shareholders claim Pzena Investment Management and Richard Pzena defrauded them by issuing false and misleading statement in the registration statement and prospectus for the IPO, in Manhattan Federal Court.

Shoretel Inc. defrauded shareholders with false and misleading statements in the registration and prospectus for its IPO, a class-action complaint claims in San Francisco Federal Court.Also sued are John Combs, Michael Healy, Edwin Basart, Gary Daichendt, Thomas Van Overbeek, Kenneth Denman, Charles Kissner, Edward Thompson, Lehman Brothers, JP Morgan Securities, and Piper Jaffray & Co.

Shareholders complain that Centerline Holding Co. is planning to sell a new issue of preferred stock to The Related Companies LP in an exclusive issue not available to public shareholders, whose stock will be diluted. Also sued in Delaware Chancery Court are Stephen Ross, Marc Schnitzer, Leonard Cotton, Jeff Blau, Robert Dolan, Robert Meister, Nathan Gantcher, Jerome Halperin, Robert Loverd, Janice Roberts, and Thomas White.

Shareholders claim directors of Grant Prideco sold all outstanding shares too cheaply to National Oilwell Varco. Also sued in Harris County Court, Houston, are David Butters, Fred Eliot, Gordon Hall, Dennis Hendrix, Harold Layman, Michael McShane, Robert Moses, Joseph Reid, and David Trice.
