Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders accuse Moneygram International and its directors of issuing false finance reports and driving share price from $26 to $5 by investing billions in speculative securities and bad loans,in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Also sued are Moneygram Payment Systems, Douglas Rock, Donald Kiernan, Albert Teplin, Othon Ruiz-Montemayor, Monte Ford, Jess Hay, Judith Hofer, Robert Krueger, Philip Milne, Linda Johnson Rice, Timothy Wallace, Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P., Jason Gardner, and Propertybridge Inc.
