Shareholders claim Sunopta pumped its stock price through false and misleading statements. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are Steven Bromley, John Dietrich and Stephen Bronfman.

Shareholders sued Arsenal Digital Solutions Worldwide in Delaware Chancery Court to try to stop its merger with IBM. Also sued are Frank Brick, Rami Elkhatib, David Lloyd, Norvell Miller IV, Alasdair Pein, Michael Ressner, Covestco-Seteura LLC, and Southeast Interactive Technology Funds.

Shareholders demands Landry's Restaurants and its directors be restrained from buying out public shareholders for directors' benefit. Also sued in Harris County Court, Houston, are Tilman Fertitta, Steven Scheinthal, Kenneth Brimmer, Michael Chadwick, Michael Richmond and Joe Taylor.

Shareholders claim Centerline Holding Co. and its directors wasted, diverted and misappropriated corporate assets. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are Marc Schnitzer, Stephen Ross, Jeff Blau, Leonard Cotton, Robert Dolan, Nathan Gantcher, Jerome Halperin, Robert Loverd, Robert Meister, Janice Roberts and Thomas White.
