Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders claim Cellcyte Genetics and its directors inflated share price through false and misleading statements. Also sued in Seattle Federal Court are Gary Reys, Ronald Berninger, Robert Harris, Michael Eyre, Glen MacDonald, G. Brent Pierce, and James Rapholz.

Shareholders accuse Novastar Financial and its directors of unjust enrichment, waste of corporate assets and juggling the books on its subprime mortgage loans. Also sued in Jackson County Court, Kansas City, Mo., are Scott Hartman, Lance Anderson, Gregory Barmore, Edward Mehrer, Art Burtscher, Donald Berman, Gregory Metz, and David Pazgan.

Shareholders claim Bright Horizons Family Solutions is selling itself too cheaply to Bain Capital Partners. Also sued in Middlesex County Court, Cambridge, Mass., are Linda Mason, Roger Brown, Mary Ann Tocio, Marguerite Kondracke, David Lissy, Joshua Bekenstein, David Gergen, Gabrielle Greene, Fred Foulkes, Ian Rolland, Joanne Brandes, Townes Duncan, and Sara Lawrence Lightfoot.
