Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders claim SiRF Technology Holdings inflated share price through false and misleading statements, in San Francisco Federal Court.

Also sued are SiRF officers Michael Canning, Diosdado Banatao, Geoffrey Ribar and Kanwar Chadha.

Shareholders filed a derivative lawsuit against Allegis Communications, an insurance transcription services company, and five directors, in King County Court, Seattle. Also sued are Joel Gendelman, Melissa Heaton, Geoff Meagher, Tina Meagher, and Cheryl Ford.
