Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders say directors of Smith & Wesson dumped "millions of dollars" of their stock at inflated prices while concealing the company's financial condition, in Las Vegas Federal Court. Also sued are Barry Monheit ($5.7 million in stock sales), Robert Scott, Michael Golden ($197,000), Jeffrey Buchanan, Colton Melby ($12.1 million), John Furman, Mitchell Saltz ($12 million), David M. Stone, John Kelly ($48,000), and I. Marie Wadecki.
