Shareholders also sue Morgan Asset Management, Regions Financial Corp., MK Holding, Carter Anthony, Allen Morgan Jr., Joseph Weller, James McFadden, Archie Willis III, Mary Stone, W. Pittman, J. Alderman, J. Weller, Brian Sullivan, Charles Maxwell, James Kelsoe Jr., David Tannehill, Michele Wood, William Mann, James Witherington, R. Kruczek, Albert Johnson, Jack Blair, RMK Advantage Income Fund, RMK High Income Fund, RMK Strategic Income Fund, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Swiss Reinsurance Co. and its directors inflated share price through false and misleading reports, shareholders say in a class-action complaint in Manhattan Federal Court. Also sued are Jacques Aigrain, George Quinn, Christian Mumenthaler, Raj Singh, and Andreas Beerli.

Shareholders say A.O. Smith Corp. and its directors are enriching themselves at common shareholders' expense. Also sued in Milwaukee County Court are Arthur O. Smith, Arthur O. Smith III, Bruce Smith, Harold Stratton II, Edward Barr, Wesley Ulrich, Glen Bomberger, Jere McGaffey, and Smith Investment Co.
