Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders claim Conseco cheated them in a sham $1.4 billion auction of the General Motors Building at 767 5th Ave. in Manhattan.

Sued with Conseco in New York County Court are Harry Macklowe, Macklowe Properties Inc., Fifth Avenue 58/59 Acquisition Co. LLC, Charles Cremens, Eastdil Secured, and Wayne Maggin.

Shareholders say EnerNOC cheated them with false and misleading statements on its prospectus. Also sued in Boston Federal Court are Timothy Healy, David Brewster, Neal Isaacson, T.J. Gauthier, Adam Gosser, William Grosser, William Lese, Richard Dieter, and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC.
