Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders sued Bank of America Corp. in Delaware Chancery Court for its investments in sub-prime mortgage securities that caused the bank to write off $5.44 billion in losses in the fourth quarter of 2007, and lopped off one-third of the share price in the past year.

Also sued are Kenneth Lewis, Joe Price, William Barnet III, Frank Bramble Sr., John Collins: Gary Countryman, Tommy Franks, Charles Gifford, Steven Jones, Monica Lozano, Walter Massey, Thomas May, Patricia Mitchell, Thomas Ryan, Temple Sloan Jr., Meredith Spangler, Robert Tillman, and Jacquelyn Ward.
