Shareholders claim MF Global Ltd. inflated share price during its IPO through false and misleading statements. Also sued in Manhattan Federal Court are Man Group PLC, Kevin Davis, Amy Butte, Alison Carnworth, Christopher Smith, Christopher Bates, Henri Steenkamp, and Edward Goldberg.
