Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders say board members of Navistar International, formerly International Harvester, dumped their personal stock at prices inflated by false and misleading statements, in Chicago Federal Court.

Also sued are Navistar directors Y. Marc Belton, Eugenio Clariond, John Correnti, Abbie Griffin, Michael Hammes, James Keyes, Robert Lannert, Southwood Morcott, Daniel Ustian, and Mark Schwetschenau.

Camtek Ltd. faces a class-action securities complaint in San Francisco Federal Court.
