Shareholder Class Action

Safeco Corp. directors were "grossly unfair" to shareholders in selling the company too cheaply to Liberty Mutual, according to a class action in Seattle Federal Court.

Directors of Pomeroy IT Solutions are selling the company for an unfair $7.05 per share without their approval, shareholders claim in Boone County Court, Ky.
