     Zimmer Holdings, David Dvorak and James Crines concealed flaws in the company’s Durom Cup, used in hip replacements, causing an artificial inflation of stock prices, shareholders claim in Indianapolis Federal Court. When the news broke, stock prices plummeted, and Zimmer had to yank the Durom Cup from the U.S. market.
