Shareholder Class Action

Deutsche Bank sold securities through false and misleading statements, investors claim in Manhattan Federal Court. The case involves 6.625% Noncumulative Trust Preferred Securities of Deutsche Bank Capital Funding Trust IX and/or the 7.35% Noncumulative Trust Preferred Securities of Deutsche Bank Capital Funding Trust X.
