Defendants include Skilled Healthcare Group, Boyd Hendrickson, John King, Devasis Ghose, Credit Suisse Securities, Banc of America Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co., JP Morgan Securities, The Bear Stearns Companies, RBC Capital Markets, and Scotia Capital (USA).
