Shareholder Class Action

Cedar Fair, an amusement park company, is selling itself too cheaply to Apollo Global Management, for $650 million, shareholders say in Delaware Chancery Court.

Alcon shareholders say the company is being sold to Novartis for a grossly inadequate price; they also sued Alcon's major shareholder, Nestle, in Dallas Federal Court.
