Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders claims Zenith National Insurance is selling itself too cheaply, through an unfair process, to Fairfax Financial Holdings, for $38 a share or $1.4 billion, in Los Angeles Superior Court. One of the defendants is William S. Sessions, a Zenith director since 1993.
