Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders say CKX is selling itself too cheaply - for $600 million or $6.45 a share - to a group of investors led by Simon Fuller. CKX owns rights to the name and image of Elvis Presley, Muhammad Ali and the "American Idols" TV brand, according to the class action in Delaware Chancery Court.
