MIAMI — A federal court in Florida partially denied Shaquille O’Neal’s motion to dismiss a lawsuit alleging security violations in his business venture called the Astrals Project, an NFT and cryptocurrency project that crumbled with the downfall of FTX in November 2022. The suing investor has shown that O’Neal is a “seller” of the virtual commodities under the applicable law.
