Sexual Misconduct

A federal court in California refused to dismiss a former University of California, Berkeley, student’s suit claiming that the school’s “deliberate indifference to sexual harassment” led to her assault. The student says the university should have provided sexual misconduct education.

SAN FRANCISCO — A federal court in California refused to dismiss claims that a woman was assaulted because of “deliberate indifference to sexual harassment” at the University of California, Berkeley. The former student says the university should have provided sexual misconduct education.
