Sexual harassment claims

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit ruled a lower court should have given nine female employees leave to amend their dismissed complaint against Wynn Las Vegas — the operator of the resort at which they worked — alleging sexual harassment perpetrated by former chairman and CEO Steve Wynn.
