NEW ORLEANS — Citing Fifth Circuit precedent, a federal judge dismissed a woman’s sexual harassment-based retaliation claim against Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, and its personnel director because “rejecting sexual advances … does not constitute a protected activity for purposes of a retaliation claim.”
