Sex trafficking

ATLANTA — The 11th Circuit upheld the conviction and sentence of Alston Williams, who abused, manipulated and forced young women to work for him as prostitutes. The court also ruled the Trafficking Victims Protection Act requires Williams to pay restitution to his victims.
