WASHINGTON (CN) - To get funding for HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria treatment or prevention, federal funding paperwork must include that the recipient is opposed to prostitution and sex trafficking due to the psychological and physical risks they pose for women, men and children.
Affiliated organizations must be objectively separate from the funded organization if they have any association with the restricted activities.
