SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (CN) - Gov. Pat Quinn signed a law that bars sex offenders from working in ice cream or snow-cone trucks. The law prohibits sex offenders from operating trucks that sell food or beverages and from working in emergency vehicles, such as ambulances. A violation would be a felony.
