Settled: Kratom at 7-Eleven

SAN FRANCISCO — A California federal court granted preliminary approval of an $8.75 million settlement between 7-Eleven and a class of customers, whose representatives sued because the convenience store chain stocked and sold Feel Free, a tonic beverage containing the addictive ingredient kratom.
