Serial Killer

The Ohio Supreme Court upheld a serial killer’s death sentences for the aggravated murders of two teenage girls. The killer, Anthony Kirkland, failed to prove he was prejudiced by a group voir dire, and the probative value of “gruesome” autopsy photographs presented during the resentencing hearing outweighed any prejudicial effect.
