WASHINGTON - Sen. Lamar Alexander's chief of staff was arrested Wednesday on child pornography charges, the senator said.
Jesse Ryan Loskarn, 35, was arrested at his home in the District of Columbia and was to appear today in Federal Court, according to The Washington Post.
Alexander, R-Tenn., fired him after his arrest, which became public when Alexander announced it Wednesday.
Loskarn is charged with possessing and distributing child pornography, according to the Post.
