Sen. Reid Proposes Changes to FISA

WASHINGTON (CN) - Here are links to two bills recently introduced in Congress by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid that will amend the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act: S 2440, and S 2441. Also, S 2450, by Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., would "amend the Federal Rules of Evidence to address the waiver of the attorney-client privilege and the work product doctrine."
