Self-Fulfilling Prophecy Department

ORLANDO (CN) - A customer claims the International House of Pancakes served him soap instead of syrup, and when he foamed at the mouth and complained, the IHOP manager "did holler slanderous remarks to the Plaintiff in front of several witnesses" including that he "was simply trying to assert a frivolous lawsuit against IHOP" and "has probably filed several frivolous lawsuits in the past" and that he "obviously attained his vehicle through filing frivolous lawsuits." See complaint.
