SEIU Members Sue Union President

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - Twenty-eight union members say SEIU President Andrew Stern harassed, intimidated and retaliated against union members nationwide to muzzle his critics and chill all union members' speech rights. The members of United Healthcare Workers - West, SEIU, say Stern's "relentless and pervasive campaign" violates labor law.

The plaintiff members of the Service Employees International Union are represented in Federal Court by Jonathan Siegel with Siegel & Lewitter of Oakland.
