NORFOLK, VA. (CN) - Richard Galustian, director of a British security company, claims he was defamed by Lawrence Peter, director of the Private Security Company Association of Iraq, who allegedly sent an email that falsely reported that a warrant had been issued for Galustian's arrest in Iraq.
Galustian, owner-director of ISI International, claims that Peter's malicious email "effectively destroyed" his business in Iraq. He demands $3 million in compensatory damages, and punitive damages.
