DALLAS — In a federal lawsuit, the SEC claims these defendants profited from XO Marketing Solutions’ $10 million oil and gas securities fraud: Robin Glen Charlet, Steven William Sparks, Gregory John Tuthill and Kirk Dean, all of California.
