HARTFORD — The SEC claims brought a federal complaint against Donald H. Hunter, who was barred by FINRA in 2012 from broker-dealer work, accusing the 52-year-old from Ridgefield, Conn., of “lining his own pocket” by defrauding investors of more than $400,000 in his “You Angel Fund.”
