The SEC brought a <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/Sec.Fraud_.pdf">federal complaint</a></strong> Wednesday alleging tha damaging information about the breast-implant company, Sientra, was concealed ahead of a $61 million IPO.

LOS ANGELES — The SEC brought a federal complaint Wednesday accusing Hani Zeni, 54, of Santa Barbara, of concealing damaging information about his breast-implant company, Sientra, while raising $61 million in an IPO. The share price sank by 53 percent the day after the offering closed.
