The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission claims in court that a Pennsylvania man fraudulently solicited $825,000 from customers to trade commodities in an account under his name, and falsely told customers he had devised a commodity futures trading program that generated exceptional profits.

CHICAGO – The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission claims in court that a Pennsylvania man fraudulently solicited $825,000 from customers to trade commodities in an account under his name, and falsely told customers he had devised a commodity futures trading program that generated exceptional profits.

The defendant is William H. Powderly IV.
