Securities Fraud

PHOENIX - The SEC settled a federal complaint accusing health-food company Nutracea of juggling its books. Former CEO Bradley Edson and former VP Margie Adelman also settled, as did former Controller Joanne Kline and former financial services director Scott Wilkinson. Litigation continues against former CFO Todd Crow.
