DALLAS - Jason Bo-Alan Beckman, of Plymouth, Minn., and his company The Oxford Private Client Group took $47 million from 143 investors and lost $39 million of it in a "purported foreign trading venture" that cost more than 1,000 victims $194 million in all, the SEC claims in Federal Court.
