CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Queen Shoals et al. defrauded investors in a $32.5 million unregistered securities scheme, according to two plaintiffs who say they lost $69,000; click headline to see the parties, in Mecklenburg County Court.
Sindy A. Charpentier and Joel Charpentier accuse these defendants of fraud and misrepresentation, breach of contract, sale of unregistered securities, and deceptive trade: Queen Shoals LLC, a Nevada LLC; Queen Shoals II LLC, a Delaware LLC; Sidney S. Hanson; Charlotte M. Hanson aka Charlotte Morrow; and Gary D. Martin.
