Securities Fraud

The SEC sued Jonah Engler, 39, of Brooklyn, and Barbara Desiderio, 61, of East Windsor, N.J., et al., in federal court, claiming they defrauded customers of $4 million through unauthorized trades, and pocketed $2.4 million of it.
