BROOKLYN — Benjamin Conde, 56, of Fairfield, N.J., made $3.1 million in a pump-and-dump scheme that cost investors $2.4 million, through his Essex Global Investment Corp. and Facultas Capital Management, the SEC claims in a federal complaint.
