Securities Crook Ordered To Pay $1.7 Million

LOS ANGELES (CN) - A federal judge ordered Nicholas Czuczko to disgorge $1.5 million plus $121,000 in interest, and pay a $100,000 penalty for defrauding investors by touting penny stocks on his deceptive Web site, thestockster.com, then dumping his own shares in the companies he pushed.
