After issuing $420 million in secured notes through co-defendant Wells Fargo, Tristan Oil allegedly sold another $110 million in new notes to an insider for just $30 million, "in a fraudulent conveyance and in violation of the [original] indenture," according to a complaint in Minneapolis Federal Court.
