SEC Sues Williams-Sonoma Manager

WASHINGTON (CN) - The SEC claims Adrian Di Vita, a former financial manager and analyst for William-Sonoma, made profits or avoided losses of $67,690 by trading on inside information that the company was about to lower its earnings projections.
