SEC Sues Former Top Dogs at Cardinal Health

MANHATTAN (CN) - Three top executives of Cardinal Health juggled the books to make it appear that the company met market expectations, the SEC claims in Federal Court. Claiming they improperly reclassified more than $5 billion of "bulk revenue" as "operating revenue," the SEC sued Cardinal's former CFO Richard Miller, former controller and principal accountant Gary Jensen, and ex-VP of pharmaceutical finance Michael Beaulieu.
